Progress update! As of September 08, 2023
Added a council glider only usable by any players that are elected or appointed as leaders of the race. The council set will be using a new skin set so that councils will have some sort of "Fear factor" when seen by enemy players.
Councils on a low-rate servers are always feared! Their looks and their raw power will inflict fear and hesitation amongst the enemies!
Council skin will be posted soon!
